The consultant can work on a temporary assignment through Intellicon Solutions, giving you the opportunity to experience his or her job skills and qualifications, and to ensure a fit within your organization. It also allows the consultant to make sure the position is right for him or her. Should you then wish to bring our consultant on-board as a full-time employee, we will work with you to determine a competitive, pro-rated fee structure.
